About Julie

Hi, I’m Julie — a wife, mom of two teens, dog lover, and real estate professional who believes home is where life happens.

Before becoming a Realtor, I spent years as a Community Sales Manager for a local new home builder in Northern Colorado, helping families design and build homes from the ground up. That experience gave me an insider’s understanding of construction, contracts, negotiation strategies, timelines, and how to advocate for my clients every step of the way. Throughout my career I have helped hundreds of buyers secure townhomes, condos, and single-family homes, thoughtfully guiding clients through move-up purchases, right-sizing decisions, and everything in between. Prior to my builder experience, I worked directly with a private investor, conducting market analysis, sourcing rental properties, coordinating financing, and helping build a portfolio of income-producing assets.

Today, I help buyers and sellers throughout Northern Colorado with:

My husband of 17 years is also in new home sales, so you could say real estate conversations are common at our dinner table. We moved to Northern Colorado nine years ago from from a small town in Northeast Kansas and quickly fell in love with the family friendly, active lifestyle.

If you run into me around town I'll likely be cheering on my kids (14 & 13), walking my Golden (Ollie), working out at the Rec Center, checking out a local brewery, finding a new favorite restaurant, traveling, or at a concert.
