About Courtney

I’m a dedicated Realtor® who has been helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process since the hectic market of 2020. I work throughout Northern Colorado with all types of residential properties. However my passion and expertise is with rural properties across Weld County and the Northern Front Range, I understand the unique charm—and challenges—that come with country living. Whether you're looking for your first home in town, wide-open spaces, or just a little extra elbow room, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Born and raised in New Jersey, I’ve called Colorado home since late 2010.  After living in the mountains and on a cattle ranch in southern Colorado for several years, I married the cowboy that got me to move across the country & we relocated to Nunn before we chose Kersey to be where we planted our roots. My husband and I are raising our two boys with a love for the land, animals & agriculture. When I’m not working, you’ll find me cheering on our boys(and their teammates) at one of their games, being a livestock show mom, or enjoying the view from the saddle.  I’m a proud supporter of agriculture and our youth, at both the local and state level.  You will find me at and helping with different 4-H and FFA events throughout the year as well.  If you see me, please come say hi!
