About Sabrina

Hi, I'm Sabrina Myrick, a licensed Colorado Realtor® with NextHome Foundations, helping buyers and sellers navigate the Greeley and Weld County market. I hold my Colorado real estate license, I'm NAR Certified, and I'm an active member of GARA (Greeley Area Realtors Association).

My path into real estate wasn't a straight line. I've worked in healthcare administration, led community recreation programs, and bring an understanding of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) property management. Each role taught me something I use daily now: how to stay organized under pressure, communicate clearly, and follow through until the job is done right. To me, real estate isn't about transactions, it's about people. I treat every client like I'd want my own family treated.

I'm a mom of two and a lifelong part of the Northern Colorado community I'm lucky to call home. Outside of work, I'm usually outdoors either hiking, fishing, or squeezing in a morning run - or catching up with friends at a local brewery or over a glass of wine, always ready to swap NoCo recommendations.
